Glycemic Index Profile
| Ingredient | Glycemic Index (GI) | Glycemic Impact / Role |
| Venison / Bison | 0 (Zero Carbs) | Ultra-lean protein that slows digestion and prevents glucose surges. |
| Okra | Very Low (< 15) | Soluble fiber acts as a natural thickener and helps cushion sugar absorption. |
| Bell Pepper & Tomatoes | Low (approx. 15) | Nutrient-dense, high-fiber vegetables with negligible impact on blood sugar. |
| Corn Kernels (Minimal) | Medium (approx. 52) | Used sparingly across 6 servings to add sweet pops of texture within a high-protein matrix. |
Synergistic Effect
The high-protein broth built from slow-cooked meat and bones combines with the soluble fiber in okra to buffer the natural starches in the carrots and corn. This ensures a gentle, sustained energy release and long-lasting fullness.
